Building Know-How
Whether you are new to the commercial real estate industry or a professional looking to enhance your skills and gain recognition, a BOMI certificate program is right for you. All certificate programs provide the fundamental knowledge you need to better understand your job responsibilities and are a great stepping stone to a BOMI designation.
To earn a BOMI certificate, learners must complete three courses and pass an exam at the end of each course to show their understanding of program content. Certificates may be earned until a designation is achieved.

Learners must complete their certificate enrollment within a three-year period. Learners selecting not to complete their certificate enrollment within the term will be considered inactive. All active certificate learners enrolled prior to January 1, 2020 will be given three years from January 1, 2020 to complete their current certificate program. Enrollees on or after January 1, 2020, will have three-years from their enrollment date to complete their certificate program.
