The Certified Manager of Commercial Properties® (CMCP®) is a certification that validates property professionals’ industry knowledge in 7 key competency domains. The CMCP® exam reflects industry best practices and the body of knowledge necessary for a successful career in property management. Individuals who have earned their CMCP® have demonstrated a strong understanding of the responsibilities of the role of property professionals. 

For those who have earned their CMCP certificate and passed the CMCP Prep Course, you can receive BOMI competency credit for the elective course Leasing and Marketing for Property Managers - a great way to start your RPA®!
